Description: Here, on the back wall of the large central arch, a solemn and frontal king towers over flanking gods who bestow him with divine fortune. Below, a halo of divine glory surrounds the head of Khusro, as an equestrian knight. The depersonalized king is now fully hidden behind his armor and the chain face-guard of his helmet.
