The overall work of Steve Frost PhD glimmers with the light of aesthetic and spiritual insight—from Animistic Shamanism in the Stone Age to the religious traditions of both the east and the west. As a Catholic priest and Buddhist Tantric practitioner, Frost’s work is infused with the light of ineffable vision, source of compassion and peace.

Similar to the art of Zen, this work displays a spontaneous abandon open to the encounters from the ‘other world.’ Sometimes Frost’s work takes years to complete, sometimes it is created rapidly at the end of a period of intense preparation—often months or even longer in duration.
