Regional Teams
Scholars whose work concerns a particular world area are all associates of regional teams. Team affiliates and team editors work to create ECAI-compatible projects concerned with each world area. They also foster the creation of strategic or base data sets such as historical boundaries, linguistic maps, gazetteers, or satellite imagery that are useful to all projects concerned with that region. Regional team editors manage the peer review process for ECAI.
